We are specifically looking for someone who has successfully completed full CRM data migration projects (from client consultation through execution).
If you don't have prior end-to-end CRM data migration experience, this role will not be a fit.

We are looking for an experienced CRM Data Migration Consultant to join our migration team here at Josh No Code. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading and delivering full CRM data migration projects — from consulting with clients on requirements to executing the migration itself. You will be both client-facing and technical: asking smart questions, scoping solutions, and then building and running the migration workflows that get the job done.

If you have not completed actual CRM data migration projects before, please do not apply .

Strong, fluent, and conversational English is absolutely essential. You will be speaking directly with clients, so clarity and confidence in English is non-negotiable .

Consult with clients to understand their data structure, needs, and migration challenges.
Scope and recommend solutions based on best practices for CRM data migration.
Transform, validate, and clean data before migration.
Develop scripts for scraping and migrating data between platforms when necessary.
Write and execute API calls (REST APIs, JSON) for data
