Position Summary :
The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to current clients to promote our referral program, converting new leads from marketing, and prospecting large hotel management companies in the USA that operate multiple properties. This is a results-driven role focused on selling straightforward, ready-to-use products, and requires a high degree of professionalism, cultural awareness, and sales experience with American clients.
Key Responsibilities :
1.  Client Outreach for Referral Program :
Actively contact existing clients to promote Laaveen’s referral program, building relationships that encourage clients to generate qualified leads from their networks.
Conduct follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and drive additional business through a structured referral strategy.
2.  Lead Conversion :
Quickly engage with new leads provided by the marketing team, delivering concise, effective sales pitches to convert leads into sales.
Maintain timely follow-ups with leads to sustain interest, answer basic product questions, and close sales efficiently.
3.  Prospecting & New Business Development :
Independently research and prospect large hotel management companies in the USA, focusing on multi-property operators to expand Laaveen’s presence.
Connect with decision-makers at these companies to introduce Laaveen’s offerings, building a robust pipeline of high-potential clients.
4.  Product Knowledge & Client Communication :
Develop a thorough understanding of Laaveen’s products to handle questions confidently, address basic objections, and communicate product benefits effectively.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and cultural awareness in interactions with both American and Gujarati clients.
5.  Sales Reporting, CRM & KPI Tracking :
Keep meticulous records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline stages in the CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting and easy reference.
Track performance metrics such as conversion rates, referral lead success, and sales growth to meet monthly targets and report to leadership.
6.  Collaboration with Marketing :
Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and share insights for improving outreach and conversion strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Monthly conversion rate on new leads from marketing.
Number of referral leads generated and closed.
Quarterly growth in total sales and client base.
Required Skills and Experience :
Language Skills : Fluent in English and Gujarati, with professional, polished communication skills in both languages.
Experience : 5-8 years in B2B sales, specifically selling to American companies, with a strong track record of lead conversion and client acquisition.
Sales Proficiency : Proven success in straightforward product sales, with a focus on results and meeting set KPIs.
Professionalism & Cultural Sensitivity : Skilled in engaging with both American and Gujarati clients, with an adaptive sales approach to suit different cultural contexts.
CRM Competency : Proficient in using CRM systems, ActiveCampaign, for lead tracking, lead nurture, interaction documentation, and performance reporting.
Language:  Proficient in written and spoken English and spoken Gujarati
