Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) with 6 to 8 years of experience to design, build, and implement applications using Pega PRPC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and have a proven track record in developing high-quality applications that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build components of enterprise applications while providing consultative guidance on all project assignments.

Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Act as the technical liaison between the technical team and business partners to ensure alignment with business needs and goals.

Create and maintain technical documentation to guide system users and assist with ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Identify and resolve performance and system issues effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 6 to 8 years in application development, with a minimum of 6 years specifically in Pega PRPC.

Certification: Pega CSSA certification is mandatory.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Pega PRPC concepts.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.

Experience with Constellation and DX-API.

Familiarity with Pega versions 23 or 24.

Good to Have: Knowledge of CI/CD, OpenShift, Containerization, Bitbucket, Harness, and ServiceNow.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Title: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.

Oversee the development and implementation of Pega applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and Pega guardrails.

Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure compliance with Pega standards and guidelines.

Stay updated with the latest Pega features and industry trends to continuously improve the architecture and delivery processes.

Requirements:

Experience : 7 to 10 years of experience in Pega development, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.

Certifications : Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is mandatory. Additional certifications like CSA (Certified System Architect) and CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) are preferred.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega frameworks, Constellation and DX-API and integration with external systems.

Must have - CICD, Open Shift, Containerization, Bitbucket, Harness, Service Now.

Strong understanding of Pega architecture and design principles.

Soft Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
