Key Responsibilities -

  • Preparation and filing of TP audit report and TP study of TIL along with consultants.
  • Preparation and working with divisions for filing of Estimated chargeable Income (ECI) and Return of Income for Singapore in co-ordination with consultants.
  • Co-ordinating with divisions and prepare and share the data for filing of GTP survey / application in Singapore.
  • Preparation of tax computation and deferred tax assets/liabilities for Singapore.
  • Filing of return of Income for Dubai
  • Preparation of standalone tax notes of Singapore and Dubai
  • Preparation of consolidated tax notes for India and Singapore consolidated financial statements
  • Advising divisions on TDS/TCS, WHT, transfer pricing and international taxes for India and global entities in Middle East, Africa, US, Asian and European geographies.
  • Supporting subsidiaries in their assessments/appeals/ litigations
  • Reviewing the transactions & contracts from taxation point of view
  • Preparation of quarterly tax cost
  • Preparation and filling of country-by-country report to Tata Sons in co-ordination with divisions and consultants.
  • Preparation and filling of Master file to Tata Sons in co-ordination with divisions and consultants.
  • Collating and preparing periodic data required by Tata Sons for TIL tax.
  • Implementation of BEPS Pillar 1 and 2.
  • Preparation of division specific transfer pricing policies in co-ordination with consultants.
  • Driving and monitoring local files preparation and submissions for all subsidiaries in co-ordination with consultants.
  • Review of tax computations / provisions of subsidiaries.

Preparation of Tax MIS for subsidiaries and ensuring timely submission on monthly basis in coordination with local teams.


Desired Profile -

  • Qualified CA with minimum of 6 years in handling direct tax role
  • Should have handled corporate direct taxation function for trading / manufacturing company.
