We are #hiring for a leading education NGOJob Description:-The position will provide leadership on planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives across the organisation, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable progress.-This role requires strong strategic thinking paired with disciplined execution to drive system-wide change in foundational learning.-Lead the implementation of the organization's strategy, ensuring clear roadmaps, milestones, and accountability structures.-Establish and oversee mechanisms for monitoring progress against strategic goals-Build organisational capability for implementation discipline, including tools and processes.-Prepare strategic updates, presentations, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.Job Requirements:- Postgraduate degree in education, management, public policy, or related fields.- 8–12 years of professional experience in programme management, strategy, or consulting roles, ideally in the education or development sector.- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.- Strong analytical, project management, and facilitation skills.- Excellent communication skills, with ability to influence across levels.
