About the Role : We are looking for a talented and curious Generative AI Developer to join our growing AI team. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge projects involving large language models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and custom generative solutions for real-world use cases. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to build, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models that drive innovation and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and fine-tune LLMs and generative AI models for NLP, image, or multimodal tasks.Implement and optimize prompts, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.Integrate Gen AI capabilities into products, services, and enterprise applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, product, backend) to deliver end-to-end AI features.Continuously evaluate new Gen AI tools, models (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral), and platforms (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).Ensure model performance, scalability, and safety through testing, monitoring, and feedback loops.Participate in research, POCs, and innovation sprints around Gen AI use cases.Required Skills & Experience2–4 years of hands-on experience in software development or machine learning, with at least 1 year in Generative AI or LLM-based projects.Proficiency in Python and experience with ML/AI libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.Experience working with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or similar Gen AI providers.Familiarity with prompt engineering, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate), and RAG techniques.Good understanding of model fine-tuning,
