Cisco Unified Contact Center, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Avaya
Desired Experience Range 4-8
Location of Requirement Hyderabad
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- Experience in handling Cisco IP telephony Network Infrastructure.
- Understanding of switching – VLAN, Voice VLAN, VTP, STP, PoE, Ether channel, HSRP, Routing Protocols. etc
- Understanding of the following Cisco Unified Communication Products
Cisco Call Manager Express
Understanding of Cisco Licensing models
Cisco Unified Communication Express & Cisco Unity express
Cisco IM&P and Jabber
Gatekeepers
Gateway protocols: H323, SIP, MGCP, SCCP.
- ITIL Knowledge – Incident, Change, Configuration, Problem Management
- Problem analysis and resolution skills.
- Knowledge in Cisco Unity Connection (Release 10X to 11X)
- Knowledge in planning and designing Cisco unified Communications network
- Knowledge in Cisco Session Management platform (SME)
- Knowledge in Session Border Controller technology
- 11.Expert knowledge in SIP Trunk
- 12.Knowledge of UCS and virtualization technologies
Good-to-Have
- ITIL Certification
- Experience in lead role and team management
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
- Understand and apply advanced system/application administration, management and performance tuning techniques.
- Assist with day-to-day operation support, performance tuning, disaster recovery and patch/release management of Voice network.
- Participates in meetings and presentations or other designated special projects as assigned by department management. Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of polices, procedure, and benefits across all product lines.
- Provide standby support on weekends to implement the Change controls.
- Participate in global design review meetings and review Low Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Evaluate hardware and software requirements and be able to justify purchase decisions.
Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full-time education
