Please read the job details before applying.Job Code: BTL- Job title: Service Now Platform ArchitectExperience : 8+ years with 2+ years in a lead or senior role.Location : Hyderabad (Work From Office)Job Summary:We seek an experienced Service Now Platform Architect to lead architecture, design, and AI integration efforts. The ideal candidate possesses deep Service Now expertise, strong Java Script skills, and Dev Ops proficiency, enabling both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Responsibilities include leading solution development, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring developers in best practices, conducting code reviews, driving Dev Ops adoption (CI/CD, automated testing), overseeing integrations, ensuring compliance, and staying abreast of emerging technologies.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of scalable Service Now applications.Collaborate with stakeholders on technical requirements and architecture.Mentor development teams in clean code, design patterns, and secure coding.Perform code reviews for quality and consistency.Drive Dev Ops practices (CI/CD, automated testing, deployment pipelines).Oversee Service Now integrations with enterprise systems.Ensure performance, security, and compliance.Stay updated on emerging technologies.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's in computer science, engineering, or a related field.8+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a lead role.Proven Service Now development experience (Workflows, Catalogues, Integration Hub, CMDB, App Engine).Strong Java Script (ES6+) and Service Now scripting API knowledge.Solid understanding of Dev Ops principles (Docker, CI/CD tools like Jenkins/Git Hub Actions, Infrastructure as Code).Experience in software design, architecture, and leading teams.Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks (Tensor Flow, Open AI, Azure Cognitive Services).Expertise in architectural models: domain-driven design, microservices, event-driven, and micro-frontend.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Service Now certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM).Experience with modern web technologies (React, Node.js).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
