Ltd.About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Executive with strong expertise in automation tools, data outreach, data scraping, and end-to-end lead management . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with lead gen platforms and automation tools and should preferably come from a Fintech background .Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & OutreachGenerate qualified and sales-ready leads through targeted outreach across email, LinkedIn, and multiple digital platforms.Conduct outbound activities to identify and nurture high-potential prospects for Payomatix.Execute lead nurturing workflows to maintain consistent engagement.Data Scraping & ResearchPerform end-to-end data scraping to gather relevant prospect data from verified sources.Validate, clean, enrich, and segment datasets to ensure lead accuracy.Research industry trends, markets, and competitor insights to refine lead targeting.Automation & Tools ManagementBuild and manage automated outreach workflows and follow-up sequences.Utilize tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lusha, ZoomInfo, N8N, Zapier , Instantly.AI, Lemlist , or similar platforms.Ensure automation flows are optimized for maximum response and conversion.Data ManagementMaintain lead databases, trackers, reports, and dashboards using CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.Monitor campaign performance, analyze lead funnel metrics, and provide weekly reports.Work with large datasets and ensure high data hygiene standards.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align qualification criteria.Ensure smooth handover of high-quality, qualified leads with complete and accurate information.Provide insights to improve outreach strategies and target segments.Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in lead generation, data scraping, data outreach, and automation .Strong understanding of lead gen strategies across multiple digital platforms.Proficiency in lead gen and automation tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lusha, ZoomInfo, lemlist , N8N , Zapier ,etc.).Ability to work with and manage large datasets efficiently.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and research skills.Preferably from a Fintech background (
