Growing together Primary Responsibilities: Participate in requirements analysis Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture Write clean, scalable code using. NET programming languages Test and deploy applications and systems Revise, update, refactor and debug code Improve existing software Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Gen Required Qualifications: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a. NET Developer Familiarity with the ASP. NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e. G. Model-View-Controller (MVC)) Knowledge of at least one of the. NET languages (e. G. C#, Visual Basic. NET) and HTML5/CSS3 Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC) Understanding of Agile methodologies Proven excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Proven attention to detail At United Health Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
