About the Team
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing and monitoring the credit risk of our loan portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data science/analytics (preferably in risk analytics), excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate complex risk issues to stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential credit risks
Develop and maintain credit risk models and monitoring tools to track portfolio performance
Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify areas of concern and recommend mitigation strategies
Collaborate with lending teams to provide credit risk insights and support informed lending decisions
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate credit risk metrics and trends to senior management and other stakeholders

Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or related field
5+ years of experience in credit risk analytics or a related field
Strong data analysis and modeling skills (e.g., regression, decision trees, clustering, forecasting etc)
Proficiency in SQL and Python, R, or other programming languages
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good to Have:
Experience in Risk Model Development and Validation (PD,EAD,LGD etc)
Experience in portfolio management dashboard development
Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and regulatory requirements
