Summary of Job:

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for the Consulting and Implementation at VJAL. The role requires expertise in leading SaaS-based solutions, ensuring seamless implementation, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will drive project success and act as a key contributor to the growth of our consulting vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead a team of consultants and specialists in -delivering SaaS/IT solutions.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing environment.

Project Management

  • Develop project plans, and manage timelines and resources.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Client Engagement

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Provide strategic advice on adopting AI-driven, SaaS technologies to meet business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to align implementation efforts with client needs.
  • Ensure effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Process Development and Improvement

  • Establish and refine methodologies and tools for consulting and implementation.
  • Monitor project performance and recommend process enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 10 years in consulting, implementation, or project management, preferably with a focus on SaaS solutions with minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience as team leader.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing standardized processes for efficient project delivery.
  • Strong consulting skills, with an ability to deliver tailored SaaS solutions
  • Strong understanding of team dynamics and the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving goals
