Job Role & Responsibilities:
Develop long-form content, such as articles, blog posts, and thought leadership articles, tailored to platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and website.
Strategize and create content that aligns with each founder’s personal brand and goals.
Collaborate with founders to understand their voice, vision, and messaging preferences.
Stay updated on social media trends to maximize content engagement.
Research relevant industry topics to produce fresh, insightful, and impactful content.
Edit and refine content for clarity, tone, and engagement.
Manage content schedules, ensuring consistent and timely output.
Review performance metrics to adjust content strategies when needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in long-form content writing, particularly for personal branding or executive profiles.
Deep understanding of social media platforms like LinkedIn and how to create content that resonates with professional audiences.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt to various tones and voices.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
