Role Description The People & Talent Associate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth delivery of talent acquisition and human resource operations within the organization. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting top-tier talent, working on employee onboarding and engagement activities, assisting with performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices. This full-time, on-site position is based in Hyderabad. Qualifications Talent acquisition and recruitment expertise, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Ability to develop and maintain employee engagement and performance management processes Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail for HR operations and compliance Interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive workplace relationships Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Proficiency in using HR software and tools, with strong computer skills Experience in a similar People & Talent or HR role is a plus Compensation: 3-4 LPA
