Azure Copilot and AI Lead Developer / Associate Architect Job Description :We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Developer / Associate Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CRM) , Azure Integration Services , and Copilot Studio / Azure AI. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-grade solution design and delivery, integrating business applications with modern cloud and AI capabilities.Technology Stack :Copilot Studio & AIDevelop and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.Integrate AI capabilities into business processes using Azure Open AI, Cognitive Services, and Power Virtual Agents.Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to embed predictive analytics and conversational AI into enterprise workflows.Knowledge on RGB frameworkAzure Integration Services & APIMArchitect and implement integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Functions.Design and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM) for secure and scalable integrations.Ensure high availability, performance, and security of integration layers.Dynamics 365 (F&O and CRM)Understanding of D365 F&O and CRMDesign and implement workflows, plugins, and extensions using X++, C#, and Power Platform.Ensure compliance with financial and operational standards across modules.Required Skills & Qualifications9-12 years of Total hands-on experience.Strong understanding on D-365 F&O and CRMStrong understanding of Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, APIM, Service Bus).Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Proficiency in C#,. NET, Java Script, and X++.Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure Open AI, or other conversational AI platforms.Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Azure Architect certifications.Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or finance.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Exposure to Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines in Azure.
