Role Description This is a full-time Remote role for a Sail Point Identity IQ Sr Developer / Engineer at BLS 360 in Chennai, India. The Sr Developer / Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Sail Point Identity IQ solutions, integrating IAM systems, analyzing user access requirements, and providing technical support for identity security solutions. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sail Point Identity IQ Senior Developer/Engineer to lead the design, development, and customization of Sail Point Identity IQ solutions for our enterprise environment. This role demands advanced proficiency in Identity IQ architecture, workflows, integration, and system optimization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, deep understanding of IAM principles, and the ability to deliver scalable and secure identity governance solutions. Key Responsibilities: Development & Customization : Design and develop advanced Sail Point Identity IQ solutions, including custom workflows, rules, rule libraries, and connectors. Application onboarding using OOTB connectors, Custom Connectors and Hybrid connectors. Implement and customize certification campaigns, identity lifecycle events, and access request processes. Integration : Build integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Service Now, Workday, and other identity data sources. Develop and maintain custom APIs and plugins for Identity IQ functionality. Optimization : Analyze and optimize Sail Point Identity IQ configurations and performance. Debug and resolve complex system issues and implement enhancements. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and application owners, to understand requirements and deliver IAM solutions. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members. Qualifications: Required: Strong Sail Point Expertise : Minimum 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Sail Point Identity IQ. Deep understanding of Identity IQ architecture, provisioning workflows, rules, rule libraries, and custom connector development. Programming Skills : Proficiency in Java, Bean Shell, XML, and SQL for developing and extending Sail Point capabilities. Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integration. IAM Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including access provisioning, governance, SOD (Segregation of Duties), and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control). Enterprise System Integration : Experience integrating Sail Point Identity IQ with enterprise applications, databases, and directories (e.g., AD, LDAP, Service Now, SAP). Problem Solving : Proven ability to debug complex Sail Point issues, optimize performance, and enhance functionalities. Preferred: Familiarity with Dev Ops pipelines and tools for Sail Point deployments. Sail Point certifications (e.g., Sail Point Identity IQ Certified Engineer). Key Attributes: Self-starter with the ability to work independently on complex IAM projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
