Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-spoken, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Partner. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage travel and meeting schedules, follow up on internal and client matters, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Arrange and manage travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for domestic and international trips.
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines and following up with teams.
Maintain confidentiality and manage correspondence.
Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Support event coordination and special projects.
Travel occasionally to support the Managing Partner at events or meetings.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2+ years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Comfortable with occasional travel.
