Influencer Marketing Manager – North/SouthLocation: Hyderabad, TelenganaTeam: Brand MarketingKey Responsibilities :Strategy & PlanningDevelop influencer marketing strategies that align with brand and business goals across NIAT and associated NxtWave brands.Design region-specific creator plans for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn that reflect North India’s youth and tech culture.Integrate influencer storytelling seamlessly into ongoing campaigns and IPs.Creator & Partnership ManagementIdentify and onboard creators who naturally connect with the brand’s vision — from student influencers to tech creators and educators.Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers and agencies to drive authentic collaborations.Negotiate deliverables, budgets, and timelines effectively while ensuring mutual value.Campaign Execution & QualityManage end-to-end influencer campaigns — briefing, content review, deliverables, and approvals.Provide creative direction to ensure influencer content reflects NIAT’s aspirational and futuristic tone.Collaborate with the internal social and video teams to amplify influencer content across channels.Performance & ReportingTrack key campaign metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions) and generate actionable insights.Identify top-performing creators for potential ambassador or recurring partnerships.Optimise campaign strategies based on performance data and feedback.Cross-Functional & Agency CollaborationWork with influencer marketing agencies to scale campaign volume and identify emerging creator categories.Partner with social media, brand, and content teams to ensure influencer campaigns strengthen larger brand narratives.Market & Trend AwarenessStay updated with platform trends, regional creator movements, and influencer best practices.Experiment with emerging formats and new platforms to keep NIAT ahead in the creator economy.What We’re Looking For2+ years of proven experience in influencer or creator marketing (agency or brand-side).Deep understanding of digital platforms, influencer trends, and Gen Z content culture.Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong analytical and reporting abilities to measure impact and guide decisions.A creative, proactive mindset with a pulse on youth and tech narratives.
