Thinks and acts like a leader, similar to El Sol Strategic Consultants' management and clients' Vision, Values and GoalsFollow ESSC’s policies and good practicesContribute to the growth of the company through role ownership and accountabilityCore ResponsibilitiesClient & Media RelationsLiaise daily with clients and the media via telephone and emailBuild strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, media, and marketing teamsManage the PR aspect of a possible crisisManage client expectations and ensure 100% client retentionProvide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and PR campaign progressMedia Monitoring & CoverageMonitor media (traditional and digital), including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, social media, podcasts, blogs, and newswiresCollate, analyse, and evaluate media coverageTrack newspapers, magazines, and websites for opportunitiesPublicity & Campaign ManagementPlan publicity strategies and campaignsStrategize, enable execution, and create quarterly roadmapsPrepare briefs, scripts, campaign taglines, and responses for interviewsWrite and disseminate press releases, articles, and features to targeted mediaPromote news stories and features (“selling in”)Write and produce presentations, in-house magazines, brochures, reports, and promotional materialsDocument all campaigns, testimonials, and coverageDesign and manage publicity brochures, websites, and promotional videos when budgets are allocatedEvent ManagementOrganize and manage press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visitsAttend and promote client events to media and PR platformsCoordinate studio or location photographySpeak publicly at interviews, conferences, and presentationsBrand DevelopmentDevelop and foster relationships with brands and 3rd parties on behalf of ESSCDevelop quarterly and annual roadmaps in line with client business goalsLeverage partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunitiesLiaise with marketing team to create cross-channel strategiesInfluencer & Thought Leadership EngagementBuild relationships with industry leaders to grow awarenessKeep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencer activitiesConduct trend forecasting for clients and their industriesResearch & AnalysisCommission and undertake market researchResearch new business proposals and present to potential clientsAnalyze industry trends affecting clients and recommend communication strategiesTeam ContributionMotivate the team and encourage a friendly, open work environmentMaintain a network of resources to deploy when neededEnsure proper documentation across all initiativesLocation: MumbaiIn-Office, Full-Time role
