Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Kavuri Hills, Hyderabad

Role Summary: JIPL is seeking an experienced professional to head its operations. The role involves managing loan booking, ensuring compliance, driving recovery efforts, and streamlining operational processes apart from closely coordinating with IT for ensuring a robust loan and operations platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in NBFC operations and a strategic mindset.


Key Responsibilities

1.     Oversee loan processing, disbursement, and recovery operations.

2.     Actively involve in new product development and updations

3.     Develop and implement SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.

4.     Drive recovery efforts to minimize NPAs and improve collections.

5.     Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations and policies.

6.     Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team.

7.     Monitor operational performance and present reports to leadership.

8.     Drive seamless setting up of new branches and participate in expansion strategy.

9.     Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business; MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • 5–8 years of NBFC experience in loan operations and recovery.
  • Strong understanding of NBFC compliance and regulations.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
