Sales Manager Company: Mr. Move – International & Domestic Packers and Movers Relocation & Logistics (Domestic + International) Sales (Corporate & B2B) Experience Required: 4–10 years Employment Type: Full-Time Move is a leading relocation service provider specializing in international movers & packers, domestic relocations, local shifting, commercial relocations, and secure storage solutions . We serve corporates, expats, multinational companies, and global relocation partners. Our focus is on professional service, transparent pricing, safety, and timely execution across India and overseas. Role Overview The Sales Manager – B2B will be responsible for developing and managing corporate relationships, acquiring new clients, and nurturing partnerships with global relocation companies, HR teams, corporate mobility departments, embassies, and real estate partners. The role demands strong relationship-building, solution-based selling, and hands-on negotiation skills. Identify, target, and onboard new corporate clients, relocation partners, real estate consultants, and facility management companies . Generate leads through networking, market research, LinkedIn, corporate visits, and industry events. Move’s domestic and international relocation services with confidence and clarity. Build strong, long-term relationships with HR heads, admin teams, mobility managers, travel departments, and expatriate coordinators . Revenue & Sales Targets Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets. Track and monitor sales funnel, conversions, and pipeline metrics. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of corporate moves. Maintain CRM entries, client reports, visit logs, and proposal records. Share weekly and monthly sales performance reports with management. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications & Experience ~ Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory). ~4–10 years of B2B or corporate sales experience , preferably in logistics, relocation, hospitality, corporate services, real estate, or facility management industry. ~ Strong network in corporate HR/Admin/Mobility teams is a plus.
