The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth, creative problem-solving, and leadership to drive innovation, build a culture of ownership, and align R&D efforts with market and customer needs.The candidate should have hands-on experience in polymer compounding of engineering thermoplastics such as PBT, PA6, PA66, PC, ABS, and their blends, preferably for automotive, electrical & electronics (E&E), and white goods applicationsKey Responsibilities- Accountable for end-to-end product development – from concept, formulation, and raw material qualification to testing, scale-up, and application validation- Drive joint product development and technical communication with LATI Italy, ensuring effective knowledge exchange, project alignment, and technology
