Site Operations & Project Management

Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore

Experience: 2+ years


About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Operations / Project Management professional to join our team in Sarjapur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate operations, project management, and local regulations (BDA, HNTDA). This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Site Operations: Manage day-to-day site operations, including site inspections, vendor coordination, and material procurement.

  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Resolve site-related issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations (BDA, HNTDA) and ensure compliance throughout the project.

  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation to regulatory authorities.
  • Handle legal and administrative tasks related to project execution & sales front.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate project management or site operations.
  • Strong understanding of BDA and HNTDA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, and English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
