We're recruiting C++ developers with a demonstrable track record in building and optimizing high-throughput, performance-critical trading applications in a low-latency environment. Career Path, Projects And Performance: Consistently driven system latency reduction through low-level C++ optimization and deep operating system knowledge. Successfully delivered new features for market-making or arbitrage systems, from design through to production deployment. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex multithreading, concurrency, and network-level issues in a live trading environment. Experience with full development lifecycle in a quantitative setting, maintaining code quality and robust testing frameworks. Expert proficiency in Modern C++ (17/20), specializing in performance-critical code and high-level optimization techniques. Deep knowledge of Linux kernel internals, network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP), and kernel bypass technologies for ultra-low latency. Mastery of concurrency primitives, lock-free data structures, and memory management in a multi-core HFT context. Qualifications, Licenses And Academic Achievements: in Computer Science, Engineering, or a highly quantitative and relevant technical field. Academic distinction in Computer Science or a quantitative field, demonstrated by an advanced degree and contributions to open-source, performance-focused software or research. Deep understanding of financial market concepts, exchange connectivity, and trading protocols like FIX or proprietary APIs. #A commitment to best practices, robust system integrity, and clear, constructive engagement with global and local teams. Analytical problem-solvers who can rapidly integrate new technologies and structural market changes unique to the Indian financial landscape.
