Designation- Associate – Performance Marketing BU- Working Professional Shift Details- Mon - Fri (Work From Office) We’re seeking a smart and driven Associate – Performance Marketing with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in B2C lead generation. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns focused on B2C lead generation. Manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI and CPA targets are met. Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging. Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders. 2–5 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a focus on B2C lead generation. ~ Proficiency in running campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn. ~ Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign dashboards. ~
