Job description:Job Title: Operations Executive – Logistics DepartmentLocation: Bahadurgarh, HaryanaDepartment: LogisticsEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Logistics Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client coordination, processing orders, and ensuring smooth logistics operations with a strong understanding of the BUSY software system. This role requires excellent communication skills, good organizational ability, and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with clients to understand their logistics requirements, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods.- Receive and accurately process client orders, maintaining proper records and updating order status regularly.- Use BUSY Software for order entry, inventory management, billing, invoicing, and reporting.- Communicate effectively with internal teams (warehouse, transport, procurement) to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.- Monitor delivery schedules, track shipments, and resolve any logistical issues that arise during transportation.- Prepare reports related to orders, client communication, and logistics performance metrics.- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures related to logistics and documentation.- Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions, client interactions, and inventory movements.- Support periodic audits and documentation for regulatory compliance.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.- 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations or client coordination role.- Hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of BUSY Software.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and orders simultaneously.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude.Why Join Us:- Opportunity to grow in the logistics and supply chain domain- Exposure to client handling and business operations- Collaborative and dynamic work environmentInterested candidates can share their CV at:
