We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing/ Web Operations to own our online assets namely website, micro-sites and landing pages to enhance our online marketing effectiveness and help achieve our business goals.

Work with the marketing team and take responsibility of maintaining our website (using WordPress), micro-sites, and landing pages (with our custom CMS and Contentful)

Share inputs to optimize assets for core web vitals, scalability and validate all user inputs

Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and offer strategic solutions

Work closely with the core global product marketing team to ensure all operational, promotional, technology, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed as per best practices

Stay updated with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

and offer live back-end support to panelists during the sessions

A diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, or relevant experience.

~4+ years of front-end development experience

~ Good programming-skills and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs. Knowledge of PHP is a plus.

~ Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards

~ Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple fast-moving marketing projects simultaneously

~ An energetic spirit, ability to work well with teammates of diverse backgrounds, and highly motivated to bring your A-Game to a high-growth, mission-driven company
