Job Title - Servicenow developer - OMTExperience: Service Now Development, with CSM and Telecom Order Management experienceKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Service Now platform, specifically in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) moduleCollaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirementsDevelop Service Now catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications to meet telecom order management needsConfigure and customize Order Management modules to enable seamless handling of product orders, service requests, and provisioning workflowsIntegrate Service Now with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms, and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environmentsSupport UAT, defect fixing, and performance tuning for order management processesFollow Agile delivery practices and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesEnsure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and ITSM best practicesRequired Skills:Hands-on development experience in Service Now platformStrong knowledge of Service Now Order Management for Telecom (OMT) moduleExperience in Service Now CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM is an advantageProficient in Java Script, REST/SOAP integrations, Service Now Flow Designer, and Service PortalTelecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and FulfillmentAbility to write technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guidesExperience in working in Agile/Dev Ops environments
