Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Finance personnel with over 10 years ofexperience in business finance, financial planning, and P&L ownership. The ideal candidatewill act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, driving growth, profitability, andstrategic decision-making through sharp financial insights, strong business acumen, and aproactive, self-starter approach.Key Responsibilities• LeadBusiness Finance partneringacross multiple business verticals, ensuringalignment of financial goals with strategic objectives.• DriveP&L management , providing actionable insights to optimize revenue,margins, and cost efficiency.• Develop and implementrobust budgeting, forecasting, and performance trackingprocesses; ensure timely and accurate MIS.• Actively participate instrategic planning , business case evaluations, and scenariomodeling to support key management decisions.• Partner with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Marketing, Tech etc.) toevaluate commercial proposals, new initiatives, and strategic investments.• Deliver deepfinancial analysisto assess performance, identify opportunities, andmitigate risks.• Lead efforts inprocess improvementand automation of reporting and analytics forgreater efficiency and accuracy.Required Skills & Competencies•Experience: 10+ yearsin business finance and FP&A, ideally with exposure to high-growth industries (technology, fintech, e-commerce, etc.).• Strongbusiness acumenwith the ability to connect financials to business strategyand outcomes.• Proven track record indriving P&L ownership , influencing strategic decisions, andimproving profitability.• Exceptionalanalytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinkingskills.•Initiative-taker and self-starterwho thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence seniorleadership with data-driven insights.• High degree ofintellectual curiosity, smart execution, and agilityin adapting toevolving business needs.• Advanced proficiency infinancial modeling, Excel, and analytical tools ; experiencewith BI tools is an advantage.Education• MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional qualification.
