The role involves 24x7x365 monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnosing network issues to ensure high availability and quick restoration of global network services in collaboration with global service providers.Key Responsibilities:Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues on a 24x7x365 basisEnsure global network availability and uptimeCoordinate with global service providers for issue resolutionProvide quick restoration of network servicesMaintain and update network documentationAdhere to escalation procedures and SLAsQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (B.E. – EXTC) or equivalent6–7 years of relevant experienceStrong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing technologiesCCNA / CCNP certification (mandatory)Basic knowledge of Switching & FirewallsAbility to work in rotational shifts (24x7x365)Behavioral Competencies:Excellent communication skillsPositive, proactive attitudeStrong analytical & problem-solving abilityAbility to perform under pressure in a global operations environmentHow to Apply:If you are interested, please share your resume at
