Snowflake Expert What does a Snowflake ETL Expert do at Fiserv? As a Snowflake ETL Expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support data integration and analytics using the Snowflake platform. You will work closely with data architects, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data is accurately and efficiently processed and stored. Design and Develop ETL Processes: Create and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Snowflake. Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and consistency. Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability. Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models to support analytics and reporting. Collaboration: Work with data architects, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Document ETL processes, data models, and other relevant information. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data integration. 7+ years overall IT experience ~3+ years Snowflake platform Data Engineering experience ~4+ years experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, analytical functions ~ Good experience with Python scripting ~ Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL concepts and best practices ~ Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar ~ Strong database concepts like Entity-relationship, Data modeling, DDL and DML statements etc. ~ Bachelor’s degree required; relevant, equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirement. ~ Snowflake SnowPro certification Github, similar code versioning tool experience AWS/Azure Cloud experience Agile development environment Domain experience in Cards, banking, and financial services industry #
