Role Description
We are looking for a passionate Service Designer who will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing our service and the application through which it is delivered. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user needs, service design principles and strong sense of product ownership coupled with a strong passion for technology and innovation.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough user research to understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of administrators, and clients interacting with applications.
Background in project management and user research.
Utilize insights from user research to design and optimize end-to-end service experiences.
Develop prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliver exceptional service experiences.
Analyse user feedback, performance metrics, and industry trends to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in service design, information design, interaction Design, or related field
1-5 years of proven experience in service design, user experience design, or related roles.
Experience in health care is an added advantage.
Research and report analysis from user interviews, surveys, etc.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and tools
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
