Location: Noida – (Onsite)
Exp. Level: 10+ Years

Role: Only Fulltime (No Contractors)
Summary:
As a Recruitment Manager at ACL Digital, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of services to support a State and Federal client in US space. Your primary objective will be to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects and services while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Functions:
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
Work with designated Customers and Recruiting team to identify open needs, qualifying those needs, presenting top candidates, and providing candidate interview feedback
Drive placements, oversee negotiations and agreements to maximize profit
Assist recruiting team with weekly submits
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly results and annual forecasts)
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in the US IT Staffing space mainly with State Client
Strong Technical knowledge and Street smarter who has good experience in both W2 and C2C
Have solid experience in handling Vendor management
Background and understanding of state and federal laws
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to juggle multiple delivery management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
