Locations: Kolkata, Ahmedabad Experience: 10-15 Years Role: SAP Solution Lead Required Technical Skillset: S/4HANA FI-CO: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling (CO-PA, Cost Centers). SAP MM: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification. SAP Ariba: Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Management. SAP Fieldglass: Contingent Workforce and Services Procurement. Must-Have: Minimum 10 years of experience in designing of SAP solution specially in Finance and Procurement areas. Sound knowledge in SAP modules Ability to drive Workshop discussion with Customer team to discuss pros/cons of different SAP solution and come up with final design Should have good understanding of different project phases and discuss with Customer to scope TCS work related to SAP landscape. Prepare design guidelines for the development team and work with the team to ensure quality and timelines of development. Work with other Enterprise Architects, Functional and Technical team to ensure integration between solutions Responsibility: Ensure integrity of the overall solution design through peer review of the SAP solution and joint chair/leadership of the Design Authority (with Customer Solution architect) Define overall SAP Finance and Procurement solution architecture aligned with business strategy. Define Design Principles and ensuring solution adheres to them. Responsible for overall integrated solution design and it's integrity. Decisions and / or assessment of the different SAP Functional design and the Integrated solution design throughout the duration of the project. Define and incorporate SAP best practices in the Finance and Procurement solution. Validate and promote the target architecture, the implementation guidelines to be applied during construction and the tools to be used. Review and help define solution to adhere to performance, availability, scalability and integrity. Prepare detailed design and definition of the core business processes and interface with the assistance of respective functional leads. Validate and certify the architecture and its alignment with the corporate definitions, as well as ensuring the integrations required by the project. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Define roadmap for future enhancements and upgrades. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, procurement policies, and audit requirements. Continuously keep up to date with new SAP technology offering in Finance and Procurement space and conduct PoCs and Demonstrate use cases to deliver value. Good to Have: End to End implementation expertise in SAP Finance (S4/HANA and Concur) and its integrations with other systems End to End implementation expertise in SAP Procurement process across S4/HANA MM, Ariba, FieldGlass Functional architecture experience in Finance and Procurement domains in SAP Knowledge of Analytics and Reporting platforms
