The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, a flair for building strong client relationships. The candidate should have sales experience, and the ability to guide junior team members.Key Responsibilities: Sales Expert Service● Assist customers in identifying products that suit their needs, preferences, and budget.● Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring repeat and referral business.● Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize revenue.● Drive sales to achieve individual and team targets.● Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers.● Manage client follow-ups for enquiries, new arrivals, and promotions.● Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints efficiently.● Adhere to company policies, billing accuracy, and security protocols.Requirements ● 2–6 years of sales experience (jewellery/retail/luxury industry preferred).● Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.● Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Ability to handle premium clients with professionalism.
