Job Description: Senior Java Developer / Lead We are looking for an experienced Core Java professional with strong technical and leadership skills to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications. Core Skills: Core Java, Spring / Hibernate, Oracle / MySQL, Git, Maven, JIRA, Design Patterns, Problem Solving, Leadership, Offshore Delivery & Review. Secondary Skills: JPA, JSF, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful Web Services. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications. Lead and mentor team members; ensure code quality and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile setup. Handle UI development using HTML, CSS (SASS), JavaScript, jQuery, and Backbone.js. Build responsive and accessible interfaces (WAI-ARIA). Develop JSP pages with JSTL and custom tags.
