Job Title: Senior Manager - Finance Company: Offshore & Marine Company Location: Jogeshwari East , Mumbai Salary: Up to ₹12,00,000 per annum (based on qualification & experience) Experience: Minimum 5 years Qualification: ICWA/CA - Inter or MBA (Finance) Industry: Shipping & Marine or related segments 1. Position Overview As Finance Controller, you will lead and oversee all financial operations of Hoger Offshore & Marine Pvt. Ltd. And associated group companies and subsidiaries ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. You will partner closely with senior management to drive financial performance, maintain robust internal controls, and fulfill all statutory obligations, especially those unique to shipping, marine and offshore activities. 2. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Prepare, review, and present timely monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements. Develop budgets, forecasts and cash‐flow models; monitor actual vs. budget. Implement cost‐control measures and analyse variances. Statutory & Tax Compliance: Ensure end‐to‐end compliance with all direct & indirect tax regulations. Coordinate quarterly & annual tax filings and liaise with tax authorities. Manage TDS, TCS, GST, and Income‐tax audits. Shipping & Marine Regulatory Compliance: Oversee compliance with shipping, port, customs, and marine insurance regulations. Maintain records and submissions to Directorate General of Shipping and Port Authorities. Ensure FEMA regulations are adhered to for charter hires, foreign remittances, vessel purchases, etc. Audit & Controls: Coordinate statutory, internal, and
