Role Overview Position: Fundraising and Partnerships Coordinator Reports To: Everyside Foundation Management Team Commitment: Flexible, Remote We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our fundraising and partnership efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who can build meaningful connections with individuals, organizations, and networks to support our ongoing initiatives and future campaigns. This role involves research, outreach, proposal writing, and relationship management with potential collaborators, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) who align with our mission and values. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and approach potential funding partners including corporates, foundations, CSR wings, and HNIs Develop and manage relationships with partner organizations, sponsors, and donors to strengthen long-term collaboration Create compelling proposals, concept notes, and partnership decks aligned with Everyside Foundation’s campaigns and projects Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure fundraising initiatives align with organizational goals and brand vision Track ongoing partnerships, ensure timely communication and reporting, and maintain a database of prospects and collaborations Stay updated with trends in social impact funding, CSR initiatives, and NGO collaborations to identify new opportunities Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a proactive, persuasive, and relationship-oriented professional who has: Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills Strong research and writing abilities, especially in proposal or grant writing A genuine interest in social impact, community development, and creative advocacy The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders Self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup Prior experience in fundraising, partnerships, CSR, or public relations will be an added advantage What You’ll Gain A chance to play a key strategic role in scaling real-world impact across India The opportunity to represent a growing organization and shape its future collaborations Hands-on experience in partnership development, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement The fulfillment of being part of a mission that turns awareness into action and creativity into change Why Join Us?
