Job Title: AI Research & Product Quality Intern Company: At Mindtickle, we are developing innovative AI solutions designed to transform the way people sell. We are seeking a curious and enthusiastic AI Quality & UX Research Intern to gain hands-on experience with our cutting-edge AI features.
This is a unique opportunity to move beyond a typical internship and play a key role in the development of a world-class product. In this role, you will be integral to testing our AI-powered role-play features , serving as the essential human element in our human-AI conversational models.
Actively engage in a variety of AI-driven role-play scenarios, including mock sales calls and team meetings, to evaluate the technology's performance in real-world situations.
Serve as the "Voice of the User" by identifying functional strengths, weaknesses, and areas where the AI interaction can be improved for a more human-like feel.
Collaborate directly with our Product Managers and Engineers, sharing your findings and insights to help shape the future of our product.
Systematically document user experiences, report bugs, and highlight moments of exceptional AI performance.
This internship is designed to provide more than just a line on your resume; it is an opportunity to build a strong professional foundation.
AI Product Lifecycle Expertise: You will gain a comprehensive understanding of how a cutting-edge AI product is built, tested, and improved from start to finish.
Foundational Tech Skills: You will learn the fundamentals of User Experience (UX) research and Quality Assurance , including how to provide the structured, constructive feedback that engineers can act upon.
Direct Mentorship: Benefit from close mentorship provided by our Engineers, Product Managers and senior leadership, working with the minds that shape our product and strategy.
Future Career Pathways: This experience provides a rock-solid foundation for a future career as a Product Manager, Forward Deployed Engineer, UX Researcher, Quality Analyst, or AI specialist.
The patience required to perform iterative scenario testing to uncover the root of a problem.
A strong command of English and/or other languages.
Ideally, we are looking for Engineering graduates who are pursuing or have completed their MBA .
