Key Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or a related field (higher education preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the admission process and student recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, applicant tracking systems, or other relevant software.
  • A passion for working with students and supporting their educational goals.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
