Social Media Marketing Head

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Head to lead our social media marketing department. As the Social Media Head, your primary responsibility is to ensure the happiness and satisfaction of our valued clients. You will lead a team and empower them to be effective account managers, delivering high-quality performance for client brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Retention:
- Implement strategies to retain existing clients and secure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and client feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the team to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop and execute successful social media strategies aligned with their business goals.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of social media professionals, empowering them to excel in client management.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure team members stay motivated and are capable of delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Oversee the implementation of established processes and workflows within the team.
- Identify and address any process gaps or bottlenecks to enhance efficiency and quality.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industries and challenges.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships through innovative social media strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that client campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver outstanding results.
