Regulatory Compliance & Governance Ensure 100% compliance with RBI, NBFC-MFI regulations, statutory guidelines, and internal policies. Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory inspections. Ensure accurate and timely submission of RBI returns and compliance reports. 3. Financial Reporting & Controls Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per IND- AS. Strengthen internal control mechanisms to avoid operational and financial risks.
