Cybersecurity Incident Response consultant

BDO is hiring Cybersecurity Incident Response consultant . This position focuses on managing and responding to cybersecurity incidents, which are events that compromise the integrity, confidentiality, or availability of information. The goal is to minimize the impact of these incidents and ensure the organization's normal operations are restored quickly. This role is crucial in maintaining an organization’s cybersecurity posture. It involves responding to and managing security incidents, conducting thorough investigations, using technical tools, and collaborating with other teams to ensure incidents are handled effectively. The candidate should have significant experience in cybersecurity, relevant certifications, and strong analytical skills.
Minimum Requirement:
l. Minimum 8-year work experience in the field of cybersecurity specifically in incident response and analysis.
2. Hands on experience in Cyber Forensics, log analysis, Malware analysis.
3. The experience must include conducting incident investigation, performing risk assessments, coordinating with respective team during a security breach, and using various cybersecurity tools and technologies.
4. Hands on experience in cyber forensic and recovery from incidents such as Ransomware attacks etc .
Qualification : Engineering Graduate in any stream Or Post-graduation in (CS/IT) or equivalent.
Candidates with any one of the following certifications:
CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
GCIH (Certified Incident Handler)
GCIA (Certified Intrusion Analyst)
CSIH (Certified Computer Security Incident Handler)
CompTIA Security+
Offensive Security Certified professional- OSCP
Certified SOC Analyst.
