Restaurant Onboarding & Client Acquisition • Proactively approach restaurants across all segments (from local vendors to 5-star hotels) and sign partnership contracts. • Generate and pursue sales leads from the market to expand our restaurant network. • Relationship Management & Client Advisory • Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience . • Advise restaurant partners on market trends, business growth opportunities, and operational improvements . • Provide tailored solutions to enhance restaurant performance and revenue generation. Sales Strategy & Business Development • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve sales and revenue targets. • Drive brand presence by actively representing the organization in the market. • Ensure adherence to budget and expense controls while meeting performance goals. Operational & Sales Administration • Streamline sales administration processes to improve efficiency and reporting. • Collaborate with senior management to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer service. • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, contracts, and partner interactions . Market Representation & Brand Advocacy • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and networking opportunities. • Handle field operations effectively, addressing partner queries and concerns with confidence. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. • E-commerce & Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, online marketing strategies, and digital sales channels . • Sales & Business Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities . • Competence in Excel, data analysis, and performance tracking to support informed decision-making. • Skilled in networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management to drive business success. • Ability to navigate dynamic market conditions, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutions to enhance business performance.
