Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in using design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Updated knowledge of design trends and techniques.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and creative design work.
Understanding of design principles, typography, and composition.
Experience with both print and digital design projects.
Ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
Collaborative mindset, adept at working within a team.
Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
Role Requirements
Conceptualize and craft visually captivating graphics for various applications.
Design compelling materials for print and digital platforms.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to comprehend design requirements and objectives.
Guide projects from initial concept to final realization, ensuring top-notch and impactful designs.
Incorporate feedback and refine designs accordingly.
Maintain brand consistency across all design endeavors.
Stay abreast of industry trends and infuse innovative design approaches.
Manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver within stipulated timelines.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients concerning design choices and progress.
Adapt to evolving demands and prioritize tasks accordingly.
