Job Description: (PFB) Shopify Digital Operations Specialist Location: Remote (India) Work Hours: Full-time, UK shift About client : Our client is a fast-growing wellness brand dedicated to creating innovative products that promote mindfulness and well-being. We are a forward-thinking and dynamic team, and we are looking for a passionate individual to join us on our mission. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Operations Specialist to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning and optimization of our entire digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from website updates and email marketing to data analysis and app integrations. While this is not a deeply technical role, a strong aptitude for learning new systems, a keen eye for detail, and a comfort with data are essential. Key Responsibilities: Website Management: Regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy and optimal performance. Email & SMS Campaigns: Support the implementation and ongoing management of email and SMS marketing campaigns. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key digital performance metrics, providing insights to inform strategy. App Integrations: Assist with the integration and management of various applications and tools within our online ecosystem. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve digital processes and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness Shopify experience is essential Shopify: Updating PDPs when required Creating new PDPs - based on Figma Creating new LPs - based on Figma Project management of dev work - ensuring it matches Figma Fixing issues on website through the theme customiser when raised Fixing issues on the website alongside devs when raised All digital troubleshooting App integration/setup Uploading blog articles Maintaining "Shop App" Managing Klaviyo Flow setup Campaign Sendouts Segment Creation Managing Postscript Flow setup Campaign Sendouts Segment Creation Reporting and Analytics: Shopify reporting - examples below Sales analysis Launch analysis for specific product Marketing Reporting - examples below MER (marketing efficiency ratio) Spend distribution etc Klaviyo campaign performance Postscript campaign performance Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a similar digital marketing or operations role. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent analytical skills and a comfort working with data and numbers. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems with confidence. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Total experience of 8 to 18 plus years
