JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR ARCHITECTQualification: Diploma/Bachelors/ Masters in ArchitectureExperience: 10- 13+years (fewer experience years will not be considered)Salary: as per experience/knowledge and to be negotiated on the basis of the candidate’s current salary.PRELIMINARY SKILLSThe candidate to be a Design Conceptualizer and develop Project Designs with related detailed drawings and BOQsTo have a working background in a similar Boutique Company as BRIC DesignsThe person to represent the BRIC Design ideas with Confidence in speech & technicalskills & knowledge to the clients.Develop exclusive design ideas with the latest finishes and value addsExpertise to develop detailed BOQsAdded advantage to have a foreign school of education or a work experienceCandidates preferably from the Western Lines due to the travel issues in Mumbai.PRIMARY KEY SKILLSIn-depth knowledge of Commercial, Residential, & Institutional ArchitecturalProjects planning & executionSingularly responsible for leading and managing the projects from Designconceptualization stage, planning, coordination, detailed drawing development,execution to final project handover.Expertise in drafting technical drawings with knowledge of material products and it'sApplicationsWork closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers,construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologistsCoordinate with Project coordinator/ Architecture/ Structural and MEP Consultants &Liaison ArchitectsKnowledge of technical standards, regulatory frameworks, and health & safetyregulationsDirect and manage other supporting staff in the delegation of work and oversee theprovision of assistance on projects as necessary.Extremely active in the preparation of BOQ as per the allocated budgetStrong presentation skills and confident interactions with the clientDisciplined and systematic in work deliverableOpen to travel, and be available for all the ongoing project sites visits to proposedlocations and client meetingsDETAILED JOB DESCRIPTIONCompetent and professional Interaction with Clients, quick understanding ofthe ProjectsTranslate the Design ideas into sketchesMonitor the design process from conception to construction administration to ensureconsistency of Design ideas for every assigned projectInteract with building officials during project permitting and construction phasesUnderstanding of building technologies and environmental design and the ability toemploy structural practice, construction techniquesStrictly monitor preparation/ updates of technical drawings from the assigned team ofarchitects chiefly the Design AssociateIn-depth knowledge and adherence to the prepared Bills of Quantities and the same tobe updated on exclusions or inclusions of itemsAvailable constantly to the assigned Site supervisor and the project team for anyqueries and solutionsConcluded
