Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor at our company, you will play a crucial role in bringing our real estate projects to life through visually stunning graphics and captivating videos. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to create engaging visual content that resonates with our target audience and showcases the unique features of our properties.
Responsibilities:
Designing eye-catching graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and digital ads.
Creating compelling video content, including property tours, promotional videos, client testimonials, and virtual tours.
Editing and enhancing raw footage to produce high-quality videos that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and execute projects from conception to completion.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing to ensure our content remains fresh and impactful.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-6 years) working as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect).
Strong portfolio showcasing your design and video editing skills, including examples of real estate-related projects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects on time in a fast-paced environment.
