About the Role - Experience - 6-10yrs Designation - ServiceNow Lead Location - Bangalore, Noida, Pune, and Hyderabad
Responsibilities
Minimum 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development
Proven experience on ServiceNow ITSM suite
Proven ability to configure ServiceNow using Utilize Business Rules, Client Scripts, advanced UI Policies, Workflow editor, ACLs and Script Includes and UI Scripts to fulfill requirements, including knowledge of and experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5
Proven experience in integration of ServiceNow with other IT applications
Assists ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution, as needed
Assists ServiceNow junior developers in developing/customizing applications on ServiceNow platform
Preferred candidate profile
Expert knowledge of testing cycles within Agile or SDLC
Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM suite
Day to day administration of the ServiceNow platform
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Self-motivated to improve knowledge and skills
A strong desire to understand the what as well as the why and the how of security incidents
