Administrator (Database Administrator)

Manage database security, access control, and auditing .
Perform database backup, restore, disaster recovery, and high availability setup .
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance, queries, and indexing .
Automate routine DBA tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) .
Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD integration and cloud database deployments .
Provide 24x7 production support for critical database systems on a rotational basis.
Bachelor's degree in C omputer Science, Information Technology, or related field .
~1-2 years of proven experience as a Database Administrator (SQL & MongoDB) .
~ Strong knowledge of SQL Server administration (installation, clustering, HA/DR, tuning).
~ Hands-on experience with MongoDB administration (replica sets, sharding, upgrades, backups).
~ Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries & stored procedures .
~ Experience with database monitoring tools (SQL Profiler, MongoDB Atlas, Grafana).
~ Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data governance best practices . Knowledge of scripting languages for automation
Experience with cloud database platforms (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, MongoDB Atlas).
Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, and database orchestration .
Exposure to Agile/DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of big data ecosystems and integration with analytics tools.
